Truck Gate Lift-3

At present, the connection structure between trailer truck gate and motherboard is hinge, it is very toilful to open and close because the gate is long and heavy.

Some manufacturers divide the long gate into several pieces to make it can be opened and closed by manpower, but it is inconvenient for users.

There is hydraulic pressure system as a gate lift. But hydraulic pressure system needs to be maintained regularly because of the life limitation of sealed cushion and the complexity of operating system and power elements. The relevant components are easy to be damaged if operate improperly, and will cause high maintenance cost.

Above two methods are not good solution for truck gates easily open and close.

By applying mechanics principle, we developed a truck gate open-close auxiliary device__"Accumulator Spring Gate Lift".

Our gate lift is designed for trailer, truck, wing body truck, stage truck etc, and all carriages which have gate with rotary shaft (such as hinge) and side gate would be turned over 180 degrees downwardly.
